Nurse Practitioner

Overview

Nurse Practitioner needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s Primary Care clinic located in Dublin, VA.

Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 7a-7p, Wednesday 7a-3p

Duration: 2/16-4/3 with possible extension or direct placement

Pay: $68-75/hr

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned

• All NP licenses and education to practice
• Current BLS certification
