We are a local retailer of garden and nursery products, serving the community for over 50 years.

Our garden centers are operated in the greater Phoenix area of Arizona and in the Bay area of California.

We are one of the largest independent retail nursery companies in the nation, offering a broad selection of premium gardening products and a friendly, knowledgeable staff.

As a Nursery Associate, you provide an exceptional shopping experience for each customer. You bring enthusiasm for gardening to create an inviting atmosphere that makes shopping fun.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding customer service and guiding customers to the products they need
• Performing general retail tasks such as stocking materials, watering plants, and answering phones
• Keeping the store area clean and organized
• Actively reaching out to customers and answering their questions
• Assisting customers with carrying their purchases

• Ability to lift 20+ pounds
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time
• Plant knowledge or gardening experience is a plus

Part‑time position with flexible schedule and no late evenings. At least one weekend shift is required.
