About the Role

The Brand Visual Manager supports the visual execution of our brands across multiple channels, ensuring consistent and compelling customer experience. The role partners with Marketing, Design, Merchandising, and field teams to translate seasonal brand and product strategies into clear, executable visual direction across stores and owned channels. The Brand Visual Manager supports creative production, manages visual assets and deliverables, and contributes to standards, tools, and processes that enable best‑in‑class execution.

This position reports to the Director, Brand Visual & Communications and is based in Dublin, California.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure consistent visual standards across stores through regular area visits, hands‑on visual support, and clear guidelines for field teams
  • Execute seasonal floor plans, displays, and product presentation guidelines that reflect the brand's standards
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to execute visual initiatives that reinforce brand storytelling elevating customer experience
  • Maintain a well‑organized digital asset library (images, signage, design files) and seasonal merchandise samples
  • Stay up to date on offers, launches, brand updates, design trends, and competitor branding
  • Support photoshoots, including planning, styling, and on‑site coordination for visual direction
  • Track, update, and communicate project timelines with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain communication standards across channels to ensure materials align with brand identity and messaging
What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 3‑5 years of experience in visual merchandising, design coordination, or marketing support
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising, including product presentation, styling, display, and store layout
  • Experience with content management systems or digital asset management tools
  • Experience in creating communication materials that translate brand and product strategies into clear, executable in‑store presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, prioritization, organization and time‑management skills
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
  • Able to lift and move up to 30 pounds occasionally
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates
  • Flexible to workdays, nights, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
  • This position requires travel throughout North America, and overnight travel as required
  • This position is based in our Dublin, CA office

The starting salary for this position is $87,796–$117,052. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $146,307. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
