Compensation
Hourly rate ranges from $16.90 - $17.15 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
BenefitsCalifornia Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear-Down Premium Pay Programs, End-of-Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.

ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Associate supports the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack‑up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Responsibilities include maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards; generating sales; sign waving; general housekeeping; merchandising; pricing; POS operations; and loss prevention.
QualificationsMinimum age: 16. Physical demands: climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds; may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
