Pro Shop Director and Operator; Entrepreneurial

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial individual to lead and grow the pro shop at our Dublin Ice Rink. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of an operation, build relationships within the hockey and skating community, and help create a premier pro shop experience in Northern California. The ideal candidate will view the pro shop as their business and be motivated by the opportunity to directly impact its growth and success.

• Oversee all day to day pro shop operations
• Manage inventory, purchasing, merchandising, and vendor relationships
• Drive sales growth and profitability
• Coordinate skate sharpening, equipment services, and customer support
• Build relationships with hockey families, figure skaters, coaches, and rink customers
• Develop promotions, events, and programs to increase traffic and sales
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
• Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

• Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Retail, sporting goods, hockey, or pro shop experience preferred
• Ability to manage inventory and understand business performance
• Passion for hockey, skating, or sports is a plus
• Someone who wants to build something, not simply manage it
