As a Human Resources Expert, you will develop skills in understanding employment laws, using Microsoft Office Suite, and employing scheduling software.

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting, welcoming, and helping guests find what they need.
• Manage guest interactions and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Support team members and leaders, assist peers, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Work with HR leaders to anticipate and address staffing needs for each area of the business.
• Lead focused recruiting efforts for store leaders.
• Support training needs and advocate for continuous learning.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
• Listen to team members and collaborate with leaders to take action as needed.
• Deliver HR processes and programs to maximize engagement and minimize disruption.
• Support compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely, follow policies, and report hazards.
• Perform additional duties as required by business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other environmental elements.
• Stay mobile for the duration of a shift.
• Work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
