• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, acting as a subject‑matter expert in designated process categories and ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset; ensure products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, and other standards.
• Promote and drive customer participation in company programs, such as loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private‑label credit card enrollment.
• Create a store environment where teammates and athletes are always welcome and treated with respect, adhering to policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1‑3 years of experience
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred

Targeted Pay Range: $19.50 - $28.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
