Engage with customers in the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories) and drive sales;
Assist with front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program rewards, discounts, promotions, and coupons;
Maintain premiere stock and visual presentation of Hard Goods areas and ensure a clean, operating store environment;
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of golf clubs and explain features and benefits to customers;
Assist with club fitting and guide customers in selecting shafts, grips, and specifications for optimal performance
