Insulation Sales Consultant

In-Home Sales | Base + Uncapped Commission!

We're hiring a motivated Insulation Sales Consultant to join our growing HVAC division. This is a new role with strong earning potential, focused on selling residential insulation and energy-efficiency solutions that improve home comfort and reduce energy loss.

You'll work with warm leads and leads generated by HVAC Service Technicians delivering a consultative, in-home sales experience.

What You'll Do

• Close residential insulation sales through in-home consultations
• Follow up on qualified leads from HVAC service calls
• Educate homeowners on comfort improvement, energy efficiency, and savings
• Present clear proposals and pricing
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals
• Document activity in CRM (Service Titan)

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of residential in-home sales experience (home services or HVAC preferred)
• Proven closing and customer-focused sales skills
• Strong communication and presentation ability
• Comfortable working in residential environments
• Experience using CRM and digital sales tools

Salary Description

$35,000/year base pay + commission
