Job Description

This position engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The role requires accurate and efficient processing of cash transactions, deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, and connecting clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.

• Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
• Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
• Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry, products and solutions.
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.

Minimum:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree.

Various financial center locations across California, including San Ramon, Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton, and surrounding communities. Locations will be based on business needs and reasonable commuting distance.

Hourly Pay: $25.00 – $27.88. Base salary only; not incentive eligible. Benefits eligible, including industry‑leading benefits and paid time off.
