Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant at Comcast, Dublin, CA.

Hourly pay of $26.44+ (Base $18.75 + Targeted Commission). The role includes substantial commission potential and retail sales responsibilities.

• Work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating product needs and making recommendations.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout all interactions.
• Interpret account statements, assist with bill payment, and answer questions about current or new services.
• Update account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador and promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Apply expert‑level knowledge of technology and Comcast products to support customers.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun, competitive environment focused on customer lifestyles.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Generally 2–5 years of related experience, preferable consumer electronics or wireless retail sales experience.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable shifts, overtime, and ability to work alternate stores.
• Regular, consistent, punctual attendance.
• Physical ability to carry and/or lift up to 25‑pound boxes and stand/ambulate while in the store.

Base Pay: $18.75 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.19–$27.09 annually ($50,320–$56,352).
