HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate to assist in driving sales and creating excitement around the HP brand and products in a local big-box retailer.

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs.
• Build rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within assigned store.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
• Report competitive insights and sales data.
• Support co‑operator and KPI tracking from Retail Operations.
• Maintain station/kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1-year job experience with a preference for sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiast with an outgoing personality and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training.
• Ability to overcome objections and connect with customer needs.
• Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Strong multi‑tasking ability in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
