Mirketa Inc is looking to hire the VP of Sales to lead its sales team for Digital Transformation Services. The responsibilities will include setting up sales strateg y and plan , managing sales team members, identifying , prospecting, and securing business opportunities in the areas of Salesforce , Service Now, Net Suite, Oracle , JAVA, Python, Azure , AWS and Dev Sec Ops services in Finance, Government, Healthcare Pro v iders , Manufacturing and Education verticals .

• Work with the CEO and the delivery team to define the Consulting Servicesofferingsandthe sales pitch
• Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing market and competitor information and trends,identifying sales opportunities.
• Develop Sales Goals, Sales Strategy and execute on the Salesplan
• Develop sales opportunities with Enterprise prospects by researching andidentifyingpotential accounts;soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations;
  
  Close new business
• Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects and growth opportunities within active and inactive accounts
• Manage Sales Playbook and Sales Process
• Set and manage quotas, commissions, etc. for the team
• Hire Sales team members and mentor them onMirketa

• Build strategic partnerships with
  
  SaaS platform AEs.Participate in Marketing Events.
• Organize marketing events targeting executives from potential clients
• Willbe responsible forindividualquota of $2mandateam quota of $5m.

• 12+ years of total Sales experience with5+ years of experience selling Salesforce Services
• Experience selling in one or more of the following domains – Education, Large Healthcare Providers, Manufacturing, Finance
• Should be comfortable in dealing with the highest levels of decision makers in an organization (e.g., VP IT/Engineering, CFO, Director R & D, CIO, etc.).
• Must have outstanding understanding/experience with B2B lead generation
• Should have managed a team quota of $5 million or moreand anindividualquota of $2+ million
• Experiencedinbuildingand growingasales team
• Excellent Corporate Communication& Presentation Style, Meeting Sales Goals,Negotiating Skills,Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Technical Understanding, Building Relationships, People Skills, Customer Focus, Professionalism, Motivation for Sales
• Self-motivated individual whoexhibitsasense of urgency in all sales andservicerelatedactivities
• Abilityto work under pressure with set sales target goals
• Experienced inusing social media and email marketing to drive Sales

• Salary : $150k
• OTE (Bonus): $150k (quota performance)
