Maintenance Technician II; Camellia Place

Position Overview

This full‑time Maintenance Technician II will work at Camellia Place, a 112‑unit affordable family housing community in Dublin, CA. The role requires 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience and knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. The technician will perform duties such as repairs, janitorial tasks, and maintaining property systems.

• Lock and key replacement/repair, including weather stripping, door and window functioning, and locks.
• Interior repairs related to walls and doors.
• Electrical repairs: fixtures, lights, plugs and switches.
• Change AC filters, check coils, clean and repair as needed.
• Conduct annual unit inspections.
• Ensure unit turnover within 5 days.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Current driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• HVAC certification preferred.
