As a Water Heater Selling Technician, you’ll serve as both a hands‑on technician and trusted sales advisor, selling and installing water heater solutions in residential and commercial settings.

• Recommend and sell replacement water heaters, filtration systems, and related upgrades during service calls
• Close sales by presenting options, pricing, and value clearly and confidently
• Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters in compliance with safety and code requirements
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs and maintenance
• Use AI‑powered sales coaching tools to review calls and sharpen selling skills
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, performance, and long‑term value
• Maintain truck inventory, complete documentation, and keep job sites clean
• Coordinate with dispatch and installers to ensure timely job completion
• Work overtime as needed due to the emergency nature of water heater service

• Sales experience preferred; comfortable presenting options and asking for the sale
• At least 1 year of relevant field experience (plumbing background preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs and performing field work
• Coachable, growth‑minded, and open to feedback
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record per company policy
