Lead Software Engineer; Java, Python

Must have

• Over 7 years of experience in developing and maintaining software systems
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, or comparable frameworks
• Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, or other similar frameworks
• Experience in relational database design and optimization
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant certification

• Utilize advanced understanding of technical principles to design and create diverse software projects
• Produce high-quality, efficient code that complies with company standards and industry best practices
• Leverage business and domain knowledge to enhance system understanding and contribute to effective solutions
• Lead a team of engineers, offering guidance throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Create and maintain scalable applications, APIs, and database models
• Collaborate with user experience designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements
• Architect and document detailed designs for software projects, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and business alignment
• Ensure applications fulfill both functional and non-functional requirements by participating in testing and upholding quality standards
• Supervise deployments and provide post-release support for applications
• Suggest new practices, processes, and methods to enhance quality and productivity
• Review and authorize modifications to application code
• Engage in team activities for planning, tracking progress, and ongoing improvement
• Manage project execution, ensuring team members remain focused, communicate challenges, and fulfill commitments to deliver top-tier solutions on time
• Assess team member performance and guide their professional growth
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends
• Examine frameworks, technologies, platforms, and tools for potential adoption
