We're looking for a Associate AI Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of intelligent talent technology. This is a hands‑on opportunity to apply your AI and machine learning skills in a real‑world enterprise SaaS environment. You'll work alongside experienced engineers to develop and deploy AI tools — including large language models, recommendation systems, and other intelligent features — that make work more personal and efficient.

Hybrid, Dublin Office

This is a 6 month fixed‑term role.

• Contribute to the design, development, and testing of AI‑driven features within the Cornerstone ecosystem
• Collaborate with engineers on projects involving NLP, recommendation systems, or generative AI
• Collect, clean, and prepare datasets for training and evaluation, including data QA and validation
• Build and experiment with AI frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and/or Hugging Face
• Write clean, well‑documented Python code and actively participate in code reviews
• Leverage AI‑powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and prototyping workflows
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions, demos, and retrospectives
• Research and prototype new ideas in the AI/ML space, including proofs of concept and results evaluation
• Stay current‑identify new AI tools, libraries, or approaches that could enhance our platform

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts and proficiency in Python programming
• Experience with one or more AI/ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or scikit‑learn
• Solid understanding of or strong interest in LLMs, generative AI, and/or recommender systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of Java and/or JavaScript with React, especially for building user‑facing AI features
• Experience with AWS or containerization tools such as Docker
