Automation Lead

Location: Dublin, CA

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week in office – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Experience

Required:

• Lead: 8+ Years
• Lead the setup and implementation of enterprise-scale, AI-assisted test automation frameworks leveraging MCP and Git Hub Copilot
  , with strong expertise in Playwright

Define and establish:

• Automation frameworks
• Standards and governance models
• Best practices for AI-driven automation and intelligent workflow orchestration
• Integrate MCP servers to securely connect enterprise tools, applications, and services.

Drive adoption of AI-powered development and testing practices
, utilizing:

• Deliver scalable and extensible automation solutions supporting enterprise-wide initiatives beyond individual applications.

Evaluate, recommend, and implement appropriate:

• Tools and integration patterns aligned with business and technical needs
• Define robust automation test strategies aligned with customer requirements.
• Design and implement test data strategies to ensure reliable AI-assisted automation execution.
• Implement and manage:

Define and track:

• Automation KPIs
• Quality metrics
• Provide technical leadership
  , mentorship, and guidance to automation and development teams.

Collaborate with:

• Business stakeholders
• Architects
• Engineering teams
• to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Oversee:

• Performance, security, and maintainability

• Adoption of emerging AI and automation technologies

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale automation and AI-assisted solutions

Strong expertise in:

• Debugging and execution
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience leveraging Git Hub Copilot and AI-assisted development practices for accelerating automation.
• Proficiency in:
• Agentic workflows
• Tool orchestration

Experience with:

• API integrations

Proven experience leading technical teams in:

• Delivering scalable solutions

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as:

• AWS
• Google Cloud
