Location: Dublin, CA (hybrid - 2/3 days onsite per week)
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end agent solutions on Copilot Studio, including topics, flows, prompt actions, entities, and fallback strategies.
- Design Dataverse data models to support agent context, conversation history, and knowledge repositories.
- Design multi-agent orchestration patterns using Copilot Studio and Power Platform connectors.
- Define agent governance frameworks covering authentication (Entra /SSO), data loss prevention (DLP), sensitivity labels, and channel policies (Teams, Web, Mobile).
- Lead integration architecture for agents connected to enterprise tools and connectors.
- Establish prompt engineering standards, grounding strategies (RAG using Azure AI Search), and responsible AI guardrails.
- Evaluate and adopt new Copilot Studio capabilities, including autonomous agents, agent flows, knowledge sources, and plugin actions.
- Collaborate with business analysts to convert use cases into agent capability maps and effort estimates.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code/configuration reviews, and performance/load assessments for agent deployments.
- Build reusable patterns, accelerators, and Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkits for agent development teams.
