Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Database Engineer to design high‑performance MongoDB solutions and manage AWS RDS/Aurora deployments for security, scalability, and cost efficiency. You will collaborate with developers on data models, queries, and indexing strategies, and handle schema versioning with Git Hub and Flyway.
You’ll tune performance with Cloud Watch and Datadog, ensure data integrity, security, and disaster recovery readiness, and support migrations across RDBMS with Kubernetes (EKS).
