Customer Service Manager

Overview

The Customer Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing quality care, customer service, employee performance, and overall customer satisfaction for our valued clients.

• Oversee quality care and overall client satisfaction.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the Caregivers who provide direct care to the clients served.
• Manage employee scheduling, identify problem situations, and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Conduct periodic home visits and safety checks.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, nursing, social services, or related field of study preferred.
• Prior scheduling, management, or supervisory experience.
• Accountable and reliable with the ability to work independently with good judgment.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and efficiently manage client or employee needs with urgency.
