We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering premium commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across Dublin and the Leinster region.

This role offers the opportunity to work on CAT A and CAT B fit out projects, landmark office refurbishments, and fast-track corporate interiors — with long-term career growth in a company known for its quality and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities Manage all commercial aspects of high-end fit out projects from pre-contract through final account.

Prepare, negotiate, and analyse costs for tenders and subcontract packages.

Oversee valuations, variations, and monthly progress reports.

Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.

Build strong client and subcontractor relationships to support successful project delivery.

Requirements5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the fit out or refurbishment sector.

Proven background on commercial or corporate interior projects in Ireland.

Excellent commercial awareness and contract knowledge.

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.
