Serve as the engineer in training to become a Key Account Manager. Develop and maintain strong relationships with mill leadership, operations teams, maintenance personnel, and procurement stakeholders. Provide technical expertise and support related to paper making processes, wet-end chemistry, retention and drainage programs, process water systems, and production optimization. Help KAM identify opportunities to expand chemical programs and increase share of wallet within existing accounts.
Conduct routine plant visits, system audits, and performance evaluations. Deliver value-based recommendations that improve machine efficiency, sheet quality, production rates, and operating costs. Help KAM to lead quarterly business reviews and present performance metrics to customers. Partner with internal technical specialists and laboratory resources to implement customer solutions. Achieve revenue, profitability, and customer retention objectives.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,250.00 and $ plus discretionary bonuses.
