The Quality Engineer II is a site level role responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services through structured testing, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role typically blends hands-on test execution with test planning, light automation, data analysis, and stakeholder communication. The Quality Engineer II helps define quality standards, identify defects and root causes, and drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Essential Functions:
Interprets customer, regulatory, and Parker PQP requirements; translates requirements into site-level quality plans, controls, and acceptance criteria.
Owns deployment and governance of PQP tools and quality procedures at the site; evaluates effectiveness
and drives corrective actions for gaps:
Drive to Parker Quality Process (PQP) methodologies and principles through deployment of PQP tools within the site.
Leads the creation or updating of FMEAs, Control Plans, Work Instructions and related documentation under guidance.
Performs Measurement System Analysis (MSA) activities (e.g., gage R&R) and support calibration
compliance.
Audits and drives improvement in inspection reporting to requirements and data integrity controls; utilizes
inspection outcomes to identifies systemic issues, implements and drive a plan to solve or improve the
