Base pay range

$10.00/hr - $12.00/hr

and in our Ogeechee Behavioral Health Division, serving residents of Burke, Emanuel, Glascock, Jefferson, Jenkins, and Screven counties in Georgia. LOCATION:

Quentin's Place

• Under the direction of the counselor or designee, The CPS Group Leader will be responsible for the development and on-going provision of peer support services within Quentin’s Place.
• Provide guidance and consultation to individuals served.
• Function as Peer Support Specialist for assigned cases.
• Provide groups daily for consumers at Quentin’s Place at scheduled times.
• Any other duties asked by supervisor to assist with.
• Monitor consumers as needed.
• Responsible for the provision of a safe, secure, clean, and attractive environment for consumers, visitors, and staff.
• Assist with discharge planning as needed.
• Assist with transportation of persons served as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent document;
• Valid Georgia Driver's License;
• Pass a drug screen and national background check;
• CPS certification required, preferably CPS-MH or CPS-AD.
• CARES Certification preferred, but not required.

• Ability to use lived experience to support individuals.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with peers based on mutuality and common connection.
• Ability to use common connection to support families.
• Ability to link to others involved in the team.
