• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Provide therapeutic interventions including gait training, manual therapy, stretching, strengthening, and balance retraining
• Document therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress with accuracy
• Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, physicians, and care teams
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and functional strategies
• Promote patient independence, recovery, and safety

• Active Georgia PT license
• Degree from an accredited PT program
• Current BLS certification
• Recent clinical PT experience preferred
