At A Brighter Alternative ABA, we provide compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism throughout Georgia. Our mission is to create a better experience for both families and clinicians by focusing on meaningful clinical support, manageable caseloads, and high-quality care.

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour

• Continuing education credits

• Professional development assistance

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions

• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA

• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes

• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers

• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability

• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required

• Active RBT certification required

• Experience working with children preferred

• Reliable transportation required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team

• CPR certification preferred
