General Laborer
Location: Dublin, GA
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team in Dublin, GA. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and are committed to supporting daily operations safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general labor and production support duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely
- Support team members and supervisors with daily operational needs
- Follow company safety procedures and workplace guidelines
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
- Assist with additional duties as needed
- Must be able to lift between 20–50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, walk, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Previous general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and follow directions in a fast-paced setting
