The position Supervisor Tool Shop Maintenance aims on gaining high customer satisfaction while following all customer requests. It is the position’s responsibility to deliver production/work order in a timely and technologically manner observing given data, quantities, timelines and standards of quality assurance and SGU while making best use of human resources as well as machines, production facilities a.s.o. Reduce external and internal complaints and avoid repeat errors due to expert working and handling the products conforming to standards.

(important main tasks in logical order)

• Implementation of the production – program - planning in consideration of the current plant and personal capacity of the production area in consideration of disruptive factors
• Assurance of all procedures
• Assurance of fulfilment of any applicable work instruction
• Assurance of qualitative and quantitative target achievement
• Responsible for correct data in system (SAP, Babtec,..)
• Continues training of employees in their area
• Implement, control and check CIP processes within area of responsibility
• Reporting of production results to responsible manager
• Compliance with current safety standards, environmental requirements and other legal and inter-company requirements and regulations
• Analyze defects, rework, scrap and establish measures for preventive quality assurance together with other departments
• Planning coordination of personal incl. temps with production management
• Support with the selection of new employees after consultation with production leader.
• Organize and improve the planning of personal, machines, material and equipment based on efficiency and schedule, if required
• Contributes to budget and investment planning as well as monitoring and verifying cost development within area of responsibility
• Contributes to restructure of works systems, conversion of productions as well as changes of process flow.
• Set up follow up meetings with measurement tracking
• Determine measurements within the target agreement. Check work results and discuss with employees.
• Assurance of proper communication
• Responsible for tracking vacation slips
• Responsible for tracking tardiness of the employees in the designated area

• Release any process-related machines and equipment according to general plant safety regulation (accident prevention regulation).

• Responsible for trouble-free process in area of work
• Responsible for disciplinary and technical leadership of the team including qualification
• Observation of existing safety and environmental company codes
• Obligation to report problems to the management of Tool Shop

• Workstation
• Process-related machines and equipment with appropriate data sheets (setup plans, diagrams, test plans, work plans, etc.)
• Knowledge in Tool maintenance
• Extended in set up tools in a press and adjust tools during production
• Good PC knowledge (MS Office)
• Knowledge in measurement technology
• Experience in metal working industry
• Knowledge using programming technology
• Extended knowledge in reading of blue prints
