Lead Daily Precision in Dublin,

GAPicture the start of your shift: you step onto the floor, scan the production schedule, and gather the toolroom team for a quick huddle. You align priorities, assign work, and make sure every die and fixture is ready for the day’s builds. As our Precision Tooling Operations Supervisor, you turn meticulous standards into reliable throughput—every shift, every part.

What Your Day Looks Like
  • Coordinate and direct the tool and die group so output meets (and sustains) production targets.
  • Uphold uncompromising quality and safety for all tools and dies—proactive care, timely repairs, zero shortcuts.
  • Coach, mentor, and build capability by rolling out training that levels up skills across the team.
  • Partner with Engineering and Production to refine tool designs and streamline processes for efficiency and repeatability.
  • Track schedules closely and rebalance workloads in real time so deadlines are met without sacrificing standards.
  • Perform routine audits and inspections, verifying each tool and die conforms to spec before it hits the line.
  • Document usage, maintenance, and repair history with precision to ensure full traceability.
  • Shape a positive, accountable culture built on clear communication, collaboration, and team wins.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical training or a tool and die credential preferred.
  • 5+ years in tool and die manufacturing with 2+ years leading or supervising a team.
  • Strong command of machining fundamentals, materials, and tooling methods.
  • Proven leadership—setting direction, coaching, and holding a team to high standards.
  • Fluency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and unwavering attention to detail.
  • Comfort thriving amid shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, concise communication—written and verbal.
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of tool and die repair and preventive maintenance.
