• Lead and supervise the night shift production team

• Collaborate with other supervisors to align production goals across shifts

• Experience in quality control or as a quality technician
• Knowledge of production processes and best practices
• Ability to analyze data and implement improvements
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in using technology for reporting and scheduling purposes
