Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry Unit, you will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care while collaborating with medical providers and the care team. You will assess, perform, teach, and manage patient care, advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, and embody the organization’s vision and mission.

• Assess the patient’s condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient’s medical record. Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate patient needs, and resolve issues.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, possible side effects, and follow‑up measures, ensuring complete understanding.

• RN (Registered Nurse)
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certificate, obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certificate, obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• No travel required.
• No experience required.
