Schedule: Sunday‑Saturday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

Location/Setting: East Dublin 31021

Age Range: Child

Acuity: High, Trach/Vent (must have experience with T/V)

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state where the clinician will practice.
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with a hands‑on component – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA).
• Must have reliable transportation.
