Registered Nurse – Dialysis

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses specializing in Dialysis to provide acute care services in a travel capacity. This role involves delivering high-quality dialysis treatments and patient care over a designated 16-week assignment with potential on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Administer dialysis treatments accurately and safely to patients.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document all patient care activities thoroughly in compliance with regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and aftercare.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the clinical environment adheres to safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of dialysis acute care experience.
• Possess current knowledge of dialysis procedures and protocols.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including early mornings or evenings.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
