As a member of our Quality team, you will oversee product testing, measurement systems, incoming material inspections, laboratory organization, and quality improvements that help ensure we deliver exceptional products to our customers.
What You'll DoQuality & Inspection Perform product measurements and inspections using various laboratory and measurement equipment.
Support production by verifying product compliance to drawings, specifications, and control plans.
Conduct testing and validation activities according to customer and internal requirements.
Approve or hold incoming materials based on inspection results.
Laboratory Operations Organize and maintain the Quality Laboratory.
Manage and monitor measurement equipment and gauge capability programs.
Ensure testing equipment remains calibrated and operational.
Maintain accurate quality records and reports.
Quality Improvement Investigate internal quality concerns and scrap issues.
Analyze quality trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
Support customer and supplier quality initiatives.
Systems & Documentation Maintain quality documentation and inspection records.
Process quality-related transactions within SAP.Support product launches, validation activities, and special testing requirements.
Leadership & Team Support Provide technical support and training to employees.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Materials teams to resolve quality concerns.
Promote a culture of quality, safety, organization, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking ForExperience3+ years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience with quality inspections, measurements, and testing processes.
Technical Skills Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Experience using precision measuring equipment.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).Strong Microsoft Office skills.
