Surge Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and secure new revenue opportunities across a defined geographic area. You will develop and implement sales strategies for both active and inactive client accounts and work with field management to plan and execute sales activities.
In this role you will travel between Dublin, GA and Pooler, GA branches, conduct prospect and account calls, and lead the account planning process. Strong communication and leadership are essential.
