Our Inside Sales Representative team members are knowledgeable, energetic, and passionate about helping customers with their commercial and heavy-duty parts needs. • Can operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems
• Heavy-duty parts and hydraulics knowledge and/or experience a plus

• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
• Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them.
• Monitor the company’s competitors, new products, and market conditions to remain competitive.
• Record sales/return/warranty transactions & collect payments.
