Role Description The Sales Professional is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process in a full-time, on-site role located in Dublin, GA. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, identifying their needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and conducting test drives. The role involve explaining features, pricing, and financing options, preparing sales proposals, and completing all necessary paperwork accurately. The Sales Professional will follow up with leads, maintain regular contact with prospective and existing customers, and use dealership tools and systems to track activities and sales.
Collaboration with finance, management, and service departments is expected to ensure a smooth customer experience and help achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to listen, understand customer needs, and provide clear, helpful guidance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including confident in-person interaction, professional phone etiquette, and basic written communication.
- Sales or retail experience, preferably in automotive or a similar customer-facing environment, with a track record of meeting performance targets.
- Basic proficiency with computers and dealership systems, including CRM tools, email, and digital resources used to manage leads and inventory.
- Ability to learn and explain vehicle features, financing options, and dealership offerings in a straightforward, honest manner.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple customers and tasks while maintaining attention to detail in paperwork and follow-up.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, business, or related fields is beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, and ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
