Maintenance Technician

Envolve Community Management Company owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

We are searching for a Maintenance Technician to work at Riverview Apartments in Dublin, GA.

The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and general maintenance repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to ensure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
• Commit to exceptional customer service.

• 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• REAC inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
• Require background screening and drug test.
