Front Load Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Front Load Driver to join our team in Dublin, GA. The Front Load Driver will be responsible for operating front load garbage trucks to collect commercial and residential waste efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our community.

• Operate front load garbage trucks to collect commercial and residential waste according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of the vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Assist with loading and unloading waste containers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, pickups, and any incidents or issues encountered during the shift.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Report any mechanical problems or safety hazards to the maintenance team promptly.

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B or higher with appropriate endorsements.
• Proven experience operating front load garbage trucks or similar heavy vehicles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns in Dublin, GA and surrounding areas.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime as required.
