The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking an Equipment Operator to support maintenance and construction along state routes. This role involves operating heavy equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to emergencies outside normal hours.
You will install roadway signs and guardrails, coordinate traffic control, inspect installations, and ensure compliance with GDOT standards. A Class B CDL is preferred and MSD levels may be required.
