Overview:
Join the dynamic team at Partners Personnel, where we are looking for candidates to assist us in a Dublin, GA facility. We're on the hunt for dependable General Warehouse Superstars to help keep things running smoothly. In this role, you will be a key player, supporting various essential functions such as receiving, packing, sorting, and shipping products. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being part of a collaborative team, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
As a General Warehouse Superstar, you will be involved in the following tasks:
* Load and unload the shipment of products with great care.
* Sort, label, and package products efficiently.
* Assemble orders and prepare them for shipment like a pro.
* Operate hand tools and warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and RF scanners.
* Keep your work area clean and safe-safety first!
* Follow company safety policies and procedures like a champion.
* Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as needed.
* Embrace other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads to help the team succeed.
Required Skills:
* Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for prolonged periods.
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for following directions.
* Dependable attitude with a solid work ethic.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends when it's busy.
Nice to Have
Skills:
* Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment and processes.
* Experience with RF Scanners
* Experience in inventory management or shipping procedures.
* Basic knowledge of safety standards in the warehouse environment.
Preferred Experience:
* Prior experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial but not required.
Other Requirements:
* Ability to work in various temperature conditions (heat/cold) as needed in the warehouse.
* A valid driver's license may be required for certain roles.
