Forklift And Stand-Up Reach Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift and/or stand-up reach truck safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and move products or materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
• Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
• Ensure accurate documentation and labeling of goods.
• Inspect equipment before and after use; report maintenance issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Consistently follow all workplace safety standards and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 6 months of recent experience operating a forklift and/or stand-up reach truck.
• Valid forklift certification preferred (we can assist with obtaining this if needed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and a dependable work ethic.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with inventory management software is a bonus.
• Prior knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to adhere to safety requirements at all times.
• Availability to work various shifts based on warehouse needs.
