You won't be stuck doing the same journal entries forever. This role touches month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, analysis, and process improvement - plus plenty of room to stretch your skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Taking a lead role in month-end and year-end close
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements & account reconciliations
- Working cross-functionally with operations and leadership
- Assisting with process improvements, automation, and efficiency efforts
- Supporting audits and ensuring a clean, accurate general ledger
- Owning critical tasks while growing toward more advanced responsibilities
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivots, formulas)
- Someone who's organized, collaborative, and hungry to grow
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Net Suite, Sage, SAP, Quick Books, etc.
- any is fine!)
- $60K-$75K base salary
- Growth into senior-level responsibilities
