Job Title: Bookkeeper

Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support accurate financial reporting. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on financial work and maintaining organized, up‑to‑date records.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintain general ledger and record financial transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare invoices, track payments, and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month‑end close and basic financial reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support audits and provide information as requested

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books or similar)
• Strong Excel and general computer skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
