Director of Finance & Administration

Location: Dublin, Ohio
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 base salary + performance bonus up to $20,000
Work Arrangement: On-site with hybrid flexibility after 90 days

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Administration to lead our accounting, finance, HR, and administrative functions. This leadership position partners closely with executive management to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and continued organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, tax compliance, and financial best practices.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and business performance.
  • Oversee Human Resources, including payroll oversight, benefits, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning.
  • Manage office administration, vendor relationships, facilities, contracts, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and mentor team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of progressive accounting, finance, or operational leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Experience managing full-cycle accounting operations and financial statement preparation.
  • Proficiency in Quick Books Online and Microsoft Excel
    .
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred

  • CPA, CMA, or similar professional certification.
  • Experience leading teams in a small to mid-sized or high-growth organization.
  • Audit, tax compliance, payroll, and HR administration experience.
