The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist position is a crucial role within the Company’s accounting team. This position manages the accounts payable software platform ensuring the invoice workflows are operating efficiently and invoices are coded, submitted, and approved timely. Additionally, this position processes daily check requests from our regional teams ensuring timely delivery of checks. The position also assists the Company’s treasury function with cash management activities by regularly providing updated status of invoices to be paid.

The position will require excellent communication skills and will work with all levels of associates within the Company and with vendors.

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP Concur or other A/P workflow software strongly preferred
• High school diploma required and accounting degree strongly valued.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and other corporate procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Attentive to detail and accuracy while managing a high volume of work.
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills for interaction with all levels of the company and our vendors.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
