Target Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 DOE

• Process weekly and/or biweekly payroll for union employees accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, wage rates, deductions, and benefit contributions
• Maintain payroll records and investigate payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Prepare payroll reports, audits, and supporting documentation
• Partner with HR and Accounting to support payroll compliance and reporting requirements

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience required
• Experience with union payroll and collective bargaining agreements preferred
• Working knowledge of payroll taxes, wage laws, and payroll compliance requirements
• Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
