Target Compensation: $58,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience)
• Prepare and post journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Analyze financial data and support management reporting
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
• Support audits and maintain accurate financial records
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1+ years of accounting experience or relevant internship experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
• Understanding of GAAP and basic financial reporting principles
