PATIENT CARE and TREATMENT COORDINATOR

A role that combines clinical support with front‑office leadership, ensuring smooth routine operations and an excellent patient experience.

Great hours:

  • Monday and Wednesday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm with a one‑hour lunch break
  • Tuesday 7:00 am – 4:30 pm with a one‑hour lunch break
  • Thursday 7:00 am – 2:30 pm
  • Friday 7:30 am – 2:30 pm

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and warmly welcome patients to the practice
  • Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments thoughtfully and efficiently
  • Assist patients with digital forms
  • Prepare digital charts and daily schedules
  • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists
  • Verify insurance and payment methods; collect payments as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Provide follow‑up communication and appointment reminders
  • Perform general administrative duties including phones, email, and office organization

What We’re Looking For:

  • A high school diploma or GED (additional administrative certifications are a plus)
  • 1 year Dental Office experience
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and practice management software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • A positive, patient‑centered mindset
  • Someone who enjoys challenges, problem‑solving, and thinking creatively
