PATIENT CARE and TREATMENT COORDINATOR
A role that combines clinical support with front‑office leadership, ensuring smooth routine operations and an excellent patient experience.
Great hours:
- Monday and Wednesday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm with a one‑hour lunch break
- Tuesday 7:00 am – 4:30 pm with a one‑hour lunch break
- Thursday 7:00 am – 2:30 pm
- Friday 7:30 am – 2:30 pm

What You’ll Do:
- Greet and warmly welcome patients to the practice
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments thoughtfully and efficiently
- Assist patients with digital forms
- Prepare digital charts and daily schedules
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Coordinate referrals to specialists
- Verify insurance and payment methods; collect payments as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide follow‑up communication and appointment reminders
- Perform general administrative duties including phones, email, and office organization
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or GED (additional administrative certifications are a plus)
- 1 year Dental Office experience
- Knowledge of dental terminology and practice management software is a plus
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional phone etiquette
- A positive, patient‑centered mindset
- Someone who enjoys challenges, problem‑solving, and thinking creatively
